"Conversations with my Gardener"
Daniel Auteil plays a successful Parisian artist in the throes of a mid-life crisis: his wife is leaving him and he is alienated from his daughter. He escapes to the rural home where he grew up, where the garden has become an overgrown wilderness. He advertises for a gardener and is reunited with Leo, an old school mate. The two men rekindle their friendship and help to change each other’s lives. ‘Gentle and enchanting.’ In French with English subtitles.
